Under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act and its rules on reasonable exceptions to the right of withdrawal for distance sales

Opened intimate apparel can’t be returned or exchanged
(including wrong size)

This covers items that touch the skin and intimate areas, such as underwear, briefs, compression half tights, socks and accessories

Unless the item has a major defect, any sign of opening — opened, removed or damaged packaging or seal — counts as opened, and it can’t be returned or exchanged.

Defective items are still covered by our normal return and exchange guarantee.

Defective or incorrect items

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@oth3r.com with your order number and 2–3 clear photos of the defect (we recommend filming the unboxing as evidence).
  2. If an item is confirmed defective or incorrect, OTH3R covers shipping both ways we cover shipping both ways and exchange it first (same style, color and size); if it’s out of stock, we give a full refund.
  3. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags and packaging kept.
  4. Not considered defects: measurement differences within 1–2 cm, new-garment smell, minor loose threads, or color differences caused by your screen.

Unopened items

Unopened items with intact packaging and seal can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Requests after the deadline, or for items that have been worn or washed, can’t be accepted.
