Shipping options & fees
All OTH3R products ship from our warehouse in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, No shipping on weekends or public holidays. Please read the shipping and payment options below before ordering; OTH3R reserves the right to decline shipment.

- Dispatch: within 1–3 working days after payment; no shipping on weekends or public holidays.
7-ELEVEN store pickup (prepaid)｜Shipping NT$70
- All orders are paid online at checkout by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal — just pick up in store, nothing to pay there.
- Please enter your real name and mobile number so you receive the arrival text and can collect your parcel; please bring ID to pickup.
- After tapping Checkout, choose “Ship to convenience store” and pick your store, then continue to payment.
- Shipped by SF Express; arrives at the store about 1–2 business days after dispatch. Please pick up within 7 days.
- You’ll get a text when the parcel arrives. Stores hold parcels for 7 days only; unclaimed parcels are returned.
- We’ll email a tracking number when your order ships.
- The pickup store can’t be changed after shipping — please double-check before ordering.

- Delivered by SF Express, about 1–2 working days after dispatch (depending on the carrier).
- Please enter your real name and mobile number so the courier can reach you.
- After shipping we email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Notes
- OTH3R may stop shipping to customers who repeatedly abandon orders, fail to pick up or refuse parcels.
- Convenience-store parcels may be cancelled if they fail the logistics centre’s check (because of parcel size, a store closing or relocating, a barcode problem or loss). By choosing store pickup you accept this risk; if it happens and the item is out of stock, we’ll arrange a new shipment once the parcel is returned.
