Care
- Hand wash cold or below 30°C; for machine wash use a laundry bag on a gentle cycle.
- Use a mild detergent; do not use bleach.
- Do not use fabric softener — it reduces moisture-wicking.
- Lay flat or hang to dry, out of direct sunlight.
- Do not tumble dry, iron or dry-clean, to protect the elastic fibers.
- Wash darks and lights separately; avoid washing with zippers or hook-and-loop fasteners.
Slight color transfer on first wash is normal.

3D pouch
A contoured pouch cut that leaves room at the front. Its rounded shape blends into the shorts for full support with a natural look, so the close fit follows your body.
Side pocket — small essentials stay put.
A snug side-back pocket holds your phone, keys and change. Cut to follow the leg, it sits flat against the thigh, so you never have to find somewhere else for your phone mid-workout.

A stretch waistband with a drawstring you can fine-tune to your waist, so it stays put in training — no more pulling it up.
Considered stitching
From waistband to leg opening, the seam lines follow the cut and define a clean structure and silhouette. Look closely at the finishing and panel details of a fully designed compression short.

Measured flat; waist and hip widths are one side (×2 ≈ circumference). A 1–2 cm0.5–1 in difference is normal. Hip width is measured about 18 cm7 in below the waistband.
Opened intimate apparel can’t be returned. If you’re between sizes, size down for a snug fit or up for more room.

- Free shipping in Taiwan on orders of NT$3,000 or more (the NT$3,540 3-Pack ships free).
- Dispatch: within 1–3 working days after payment (no shipping on weekends or public holidays); delivery takes about 1–2 working days for 7-ELEVEN and home delivery, depending on the carrier.
- Please use your real name and mobile number; ID is checked at pickup.
- You’ll get a text when your parcel reaches the store — pick it up within 7 days. We also email a tracking number when it ships.
- The pickup store cannot be changed after shipping.
- We may refuse to ship to customers who repeatedly abandon orders or fail to pick up parcels.

- Chunghwa Post International ePacket: Asia (incl. Japan, Korea, Singapore and Malaysia), Europe, Oceania, Canada, Latin America and Africa (about 7–20 business days).
- Chunghwa Post International ePacket (duties prepaid): United States (about 7–14 business days).
- SF Express: Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau (about 1–6 business days).

How is shipping calculated?
How should I enter the recipient details?
- Please enter the recipient's full name in English and a complete address in English or the local language, with the correct postcode.
- For Mainland China (SF Express), names such as "Mr. X / Ms. X" are not accepted.
- For Mainland China, customs clearance requires you to add a company or organization name (it doesn’t have to be that company’s address).
- If a parcel can’t be delivered and is returned because of incorrect recipient details, it will be treated as a return; we refund the balance after deducting the actual round-trip shipping, duties and storage fees.
Who pays duties and import taxes?
- International parcels may be subject to duties and taxes. Rules and duty-free allowances differ by country and are set by local customs.
- For details on duties and taxes, we suggest checking your country’s customs website before your order arrives.
- Please note that shipping fees don’t include duties or local taxes; any duties and taxes are paid by you.
- If you can’t pay the duties, or the parcel is returned for any other reason, we refund after deducting round-trip shipping and related fees.
US orders: under US customs rules, duties must be prepaid when the parcel is sent. This is already included in the US shipping fee at checkout — nothing more to pay on delivery.

This covers items that touch the skin and intimate areas, such as underwear, briefs, compression half tights, socks and accessories
Unless the item has a major defect, any sign of opening — opened, removed or damaged packaging or seal — counts as opened, and it can’t be returned or exchanged.
Defective items are still covered by our normal return and exchange guarantee.

Defective or incorrect items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@oth3r.com with your order number and 2–3 clear photos of the defect (we recommend filming the unboxing as evidence).
- If an item is confirmed defective or incorrect, OTH3R covers shipping both ways we cover shipping both ways and exchange it first (same style, color and size); if it’s out of stock, we give a full refund.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags and packaging kept.
- Not considered defects: measurement differences within 1–2 cm, new-garment smell, minor loose threads, or color differences caused by your screen.
Unopened items
Unopened items with intact packaging and seal can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Requests after the deadline, or for items that have been worn or washed, can’t be accepted.
