FAQ
What should I know about ePacket?
- ePacket is shipped by Chunghwa Post and delivered to your address by your local post office; no signature is required.
- You will receive a tracking number after dispatch.
- Under postal rules, ePacket does not offer written inquiries or compensation. If anything goes wrong, email support@oth3r.com and we will help.
How should I fill in the recipient details?
- Please enter the recipient's full name in English and a complete address in English or the local language, with the correct postcode.
- For Mainland China (SF Express), names such as "Mr. X / Ms. X" are not accepted; please add a company or organisation name at the end of the address.
- If a parcel is returned because of incorrect recipient details, it will be handled as a return and refunded after deducting the actual round-trip shipping, duties and storage fees.
Who pays duties and import taxes?
- International parcels may be subject to duties and taxes; allowances differ by country and are set by local customs.
- We recommend checking your country's customs website before your order arrives.
- Shipping fees do not include duties or local taxes; any duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
- If duties are not paid or the parcel is returned for another reason, we will refund the order after deducting round-trip shipping and related costs.
US orders: US customs requires duties to be prepaid at dispatch. This is included in the US shipping fee, so nothing more is due on delivery.
How do I track my order?
After dispatch we email you a tracking number, which you can look up on the Chunghwa Post or your local postal website.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please email support@oth3r.com as soon as possible before your order ships; the address cannot be changed after dispatch.
